One-Pot Asian Pasta

Who doesn’t like the idea of being able to prepare a delicious meal in one pot?

Since Asian food is my favorite, sometimes I don’t have enough time to prepare a delicious and warm recipe. But this recipe is easy to make and super flavorful. Just add all your ingredients to one pot, bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat and stir for 10 minutes, you’re good to go!!

This recipe is one of my favorites! I just love it.

Ingredients:

  • leek
  • sweet potato
  • paprika
  • bok choy
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • mushrooms
  • curry powder
  • turmeric
  • Thai spice
  • soy sauce
  • cumin
  • cayenne pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • plant-based milk
  • Sriracha
  • Pasta
  • sesame oil
  • pepper
  • salt

How do you cook pasta and sauce in one pot or pan?

One pot pasta is a time saver because the pasta is cooked right in the sauce and it soaks up all the goodness of the ingredients.

This easy recipe is quick and ready in 20 minutes, and it’s also one of the best pasta Asian style you would have tried! Plus you don’t need to clean the dishes after, because there’s only one pot or pan to clean up after the meal, which makes it one of the easiest warm homemade pasta recipes ever!!

Which pasta is best for one-pot pasta?

Usually, spaghetti is the best choice because it will get cooked evenly! and make sure your pot is wide enough for the spaghetti noodles plus the ingredients. that’s why I used a pot and not a pan.

If you don’t have a pot that isn’t wide enough, then try to cut the spaghetti into halves so they are covered by the sauce while cooking.

I absolutely love this one pot pasta recipe because it’s easy, and downright delicious!  I personally think that one pot noodles taste way better. Because they’re simmering in the actual sauce and with the veggies! instead of just pasta water, they have at least double the flavor! Mm yummy! I also like how the pasta releases a little starch as it cooks, which helps to make the sauce nice and thick.
