The Best vegan meatball recipe!

This is one of my favorite recipes- These no-meat balls are incredibly delicious, it’s soy-free and it could be gluten-free.

It’s really easy to make, all you need is to mix all the ingredients that I listed below and mix them really well, then shape them into balls and bake for about 25-30 minutes.

You can use your favorite marinara sauce with your favorite bread or pasta.Trust me you’re going to love it, it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

What I love about this recipe is that it is so healthy and rich in nutrients. It will keep you full for several hours.I served my no-meat balls in simple tomato marinara sauce over spaghetti and one large baguette for the meatball sub, but you can use any pasta or bread of choice. If you follow a low-carb diet, simply serve this recipe as a main dish with your favorite vegetables on the side.

What is a meatball?

A meatball is ground meat rolled into a small ball. it can be cooked by frying, baking, or steaming. There are many types of meats and spices. OF COURSE, my goal was trying to make vegan meatballs! because why not? right? so my meatball recipe is made of:
  • White onion
  • Zucchini
  • Mushrooms
  • Walnuts
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Rolled oats
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Garlic
  • Flour

Quick and Easy to Make

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C which is 350F and line a baking sheet. I use reusable baking sheets and they’re awesome! you can clean it after you’re done and you can use it multiple times.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a mixer except the flour. Mix really well until it combines and comes together.
  3. Add the flour and start shaping the mixture into balls with wet hands because you don’t want them to stick to your hand…
  4. Then start placing them on the baking sheet. Brush or spray the balls with a little oil and bake for 25-30 minutes. and turn them halfway through. It can also be oil-free. just don’t spray them with oil.

Meatball Sub

If you’re a sandwich fan like me, this one is perfect for you. You gonna LOVE it!! All you need is the meatball recipe, Italian bread, and your favorite vegan marinara sauce

Every time I eat meatball sub, it reminds me of Joey’s meatball sub. Am I the only person who gets reminded of that? LOL

Let me know in the comments! I’m curious.
